Love love the WJ location. The buff with the spinach was a fail. I however love the rest of the other regular menus.

I was actually pleasantly surprised it's kind of like a fast food place but it has some good dishes. I also liked that they tell you the calories counts for everything on the menu. I didn't realize mac & cheese had 1024 cal! Wow! My Buff Japanese pad was very good. Would definitely come back.

A one star from me is rare. This place earned it. 1. Not very friendly staff. It was not busy. No one was rushed. Maybe checkout girl was having a bad day. OK. 2. I had the Japanese fried Noodles. Nowhere does it state that it is hot or spicy. According to listed ingredients, it should have been neither. My lips tingled, it was so spicy. 3. It was overly soy sauced. Soy sauce is a flavor enhancer, not a literal sauce! 4. Two hours after, I began to have terrible stomach cramps. It turned into a night of severe diarrhea and vomiting. I was the only sick one. I was the only one to eat the Japanese Noodles. NEVER AGAIN

My chicken was raw. They gave me a dense chocolate chip cookie that tasted like flour. No thank you.

Meh. Jap noodles were fair at best. Soup was tiny.

Noodles & Co is pretty consistent across all sites. We were there last Sunday for lunch and the place was half full. Service was OK, but the thing that knocked it down a star or two was that I counted 7 empty tables that were not cleaned off and another table that had trash on the floor around it. The whole time we were there no one cleaned it up until we were just about to leave. It's not like they were busy or anything, just appeared no one cared to do it.

I love this location! They are always friendly and quick! They even gave me my meal when I couldn't find my card and didn't have enough cash on me. I will definitely go back!

It's clean as of 9/26/12. Came in to have a quick dinner with my family. Food came out quick it was same quality as other Noddles. I would come here again in a heartbeat happy we have some good selections in Jordan Landing.

First time I've ever been to this resturant and it will be the last time. Found the help very friendly and nice, but once you've said that you've said it all. Order two different items and pretty much have the same review of both. Lots of noodles but laking any substance, what I mean for what you pay for [noodles] that's pretty much all you get. The toppings where small to none existant. For over 8.00 dollars I would have expected allot more. I had the Mac and cheese with BBQ pork, very little pork and very litte cheese. My wife had beef stroganoff, same thing very little beef. Come on noodles are some what inexpensive,,,add some substance to the dish.

I LOVE Noodles & Company! This location lost 2 stars simply because of the staff. The cashier was in a hurry to take my order and no one else was in line. She forgot to add the chicken so she had to ring up another credit card charge. I also thought they went light on the noodles...and this is from a regular customer to other locations.

So I love me some noodles. And if you haven't had their Mac n cheese well you are missing out. But this location is Dirty! I came on a Sunday and maybe because if that they are short staffed. Upon sitting down there were 6 tables that needed to be bused. It was gross, people were struggling to find seats where they could sit that were clean. I won't be coming back to this location.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
